Gary Rush, an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF), is the Founder and CEO of MGR Consulting. With over 30 years of experience, he has established himself as a leading Group Facilitator and Facilitator Trainer. Gary is the only active professional who has developed his own facilitation techniques—starting with FAST and later revolutionizing the field with his FoCuSeD™ approach. This unique, structured facilitation method has transformed the industry.

Throughout his career, Gary has trained thousands of individuals from over 18 countries, delivering his structured facilitation classes in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Many of his students have gone on to become CEOs and CIOs, attributing their success to the people and process skills they acquired in his training programs. In addition, he has authored several "how-to" books on facilitation, collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and data modeling.

During a break from consulting, Gary owned and served as the "Chef" of the highly acclaimed Miracles Restaurant in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Gary has facilitated notable workshops, including the first strategic plan for the combined EDS/GM organization and the Star Alliance workshop, which led to the introduction of in-flight Wi-Fi. He is also an IAF CPF Assessor and a former IAF Chair. Gary attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and holds a BS in English Literature.
