Take Flight Learning originated from Team Builders Plus, one of the first team-building companies in the United States, founded in 1991. When we say our training programs are interactive, we mean it! With over two decades of experience with the DISC model, Take Flight Learning stands as the leading DISC training company in the U.S. In 2012, Merrick Rosenberg revitalized this traditional model by associating the styles with birds in his books Taking Flight! and The Chameleon. By connecting the four styles to Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls, and redesigning our training to be more brain-friendly and practical, Take Flight Learning has reimagined the classic DISC model into its modern form.

Unlike most DISC providers that offer just a single DISC training program, Take Flight Learning offers a wide range of DISC training sessions, products, and services. Our DISC training can be tailored for organizations (with programs for individuals, teams, leaders, salespeople, and educators), trainers (through the Taking Flight with DISC Certification), and public keynote talks.
