We develop leaders of character through leadership and ethics education rooted in military principles and values-based leadership. Our programs, delivered by proven leaders, are designed for high-potential individuals, women, and those transitioning from the military. Thayer's Open Enrollment (OE) programs provide individuals and groups with access to immersive, interactive leadership development. Led by retired General Officers and expert faculty, participants gain valuable insights drawn from West Point and the U.S. Army. These programs, designed for mid- to senior-level leaders across industries, offer practical tools for becoming more effective and inspiring leaders. OE programs are available both onsite at West Point and online throughout the year.
