Since 1994, over 55,000 individuals have participated in our public workshops, gaining valuable skills to resolve conflicts, negotiate more effectively, communicate better, enhance customer service, and develop coaching abilities.

We also offer customized, practical, skills-based programs tailored to your specific needs. By collaborating closely with our clients, we ensure that each workshop meets their unique training goals. To date, we’ve delivered more than 800 customized workshops across a diverse range of sectors.

Our instructors are seasoned practitioners with real-world experience as negotiation consultants, mediators, workplace consultants, and coaches. Each instructor leads over 80 full days of training annually, bringing their hands-on expertise to a wide variety of industries.
