Springboard is a San Francisco-based ed-tech company on a mission to bridge the global skills gap by providing high-quality, affordable education that leads to new-economy roles.

We offer online courses in UI/UX design, data science, data analytics, software engineering, and machine learning—all backed by our unique job guarantee. Students have six months after graduation to secure a role in their chosen field, or we refund 100% of their tuition. At Springboard, we believe access to top-tier education shouldn't be determined by financial means, which is why we've introduced deferred tuition for all our Career Tracks. Students pay a small deposit when enrolling and cover the rest once they secure a job.

Our courses are fully online and self-paced, typically taking 6-9 months to complete. Each student receives personalized support, including a dedicated industry mentor who provides guidance through weekly video calls, a student advisor for course-related assistance, and a career coach to aid in job searching. Additionally, students can access our online community for extra support, forming study groups, and networking with peers and mentors.

Before graduating, our career services team helps students with their job search, interview preparation, and networking efforts, ensuring a smooth transition into the tech industry.
